Jamna Auto allots 14225 shares

Jamna Auto Industries Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on April 30, 2010, has allotted 14225 equity shares upon exercise of Stock Options by the employees under ESOP 2006 Scheme.

The stock closed the day at Rs.96.75, up by Rs.1.50 or 1.57%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.100 and low of Rs.92.25.

The total traded quantity was 203890 compared to 2 week average of 38210.
