Gruh Finance allots 68736 Shares

Gruh Finance Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 68,736 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees / directors on April 27, 2010.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company would stand at Rs. 34,79,38,860 consisting 3,47,93,886 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock was trading at Rs.250, down by Rs.2.65 or 1.05%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.251.95 and low of Rs.248.10.

The total traded quantity was 6264 compared to 2 week average of 26320.
