Kotak Mahindra Bank allots 92093 Equity Shares

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its Meeting held on April 27, 2010 has allotted 92,093 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options.

The allotment includes - ESOP Scheme Series 2005/01 (3rd Tranche) - 17,880 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2005/06 (3rd Tranche) - 4,000 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/01 (2nd Tranche) - 27,089 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/01 (3rd Tranche) - 19,974 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/15 (1st Tranche) - 17,000 equity shares and ESOP Scheme Series 2007/17 (1st Tranche) - 6,150 equity shares.

The stock was trading at Rs.751.95, down by Rs.3.65 or 0.48%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.760 and low of Rs.748.25.

The total traded quantity was 42205 compared to 2 week average of 120155.
