Strides Arcolab allots 320000 Shares

Strides Arcolab Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 320,000 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10/- each under various ESOP Scheme of the Company.

Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 432,091,380 consisting of 43,209,138 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 435,291,380 consisting of 43,529,138 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.355, down by Rs.1.35 or 0.38%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.364.50 and low of Rs.353.

The total traded quantity was 151842 compared to 2 week average of 214362.
