Radhe Developers to consider raising funds

Radhe Developers India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2010, inter alia, to raise the fund through Rights Issue, subject to necessary sanctions, approvals and applicable provision of law.

The stock was trading at Rs.3.48, up by Rs.0.16 or 4.82%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.3.48 and low of Rs.3.16.

The total traded quantity was 2562946 compared to 2 week average of 1154751.
