Asian Electronics approves investment in STS PCB Ltd

Asian Electronics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 24, 2007 has approved a proposal for investment in a Company abroad called STS PCB Ltd, Ireland, which will give 49% stake in the Share Capital of the said Joint Venture.

The above Company was established in Ireland in the year 2003 and presently engaged in manufacture of Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) by technocrat promoters.
