Gandhi Special Board declares interim dividend

Gandhi Special Tubes Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 24, 2007, inter alia, has declared Interim Dividend at 40% (Rs 4/- per share) on equity shares of Rs 10/- each for the financial year ending on March 31, 2007.
