Vertex Securities to consider ESOPs to employees on April 21, 2010

Vertex Securities Ltd has announced that an Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company is proposed to be held April 21, 2010, to consider and approve the ESOPs to the Employees of the Company, holding company, subsidiary company and its directors.

Further the Company has informed that in the event of the EGM approving the ESOPs, the Company shall be holding a Meeting of the Board of Directors to consider granting of ESOPs on April 21, 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.69, up by Rs.3.25 or 4.94%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.69 and low of Rs.67.15.
