Foods & Inns to consider quarterly results on Apr 28, 2010

Foods & Inns Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 28, 2010, to consider and to take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2010.

The Company is considering to raise money via equity upto INR 20 Crores and are planning to appoint merchant bankers for the same.

The stock closed the day at Rs.275, up by Rs.2.50 or 0.92%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.275 and low of Rs.271.

The total traded quantity was 10 compared to 2 week average of 628.
