Sah Petroleums Board to consider interim dividend

Sah Petroleums Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 31, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2006 and to consider declaration of interim dividend for the financial year 2006-07.
