Trent allots 70000 Redeemable Preference Shares

Trent Ltd has announced that in terms of Amalgamation scheme of Satnam Developers and Finance Pvt Ltd and Satnam Realtors Pvt Ltd with Trent Ltd, the Board has allotted 70,000 Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs 1000/-, each at par to the 50% shareholder of Satnam Realtors Pvt Ltd viz., Shree Naman Developers Ltd.

Pursuant to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 27,03,50,520/- divided into 2,00,35,052 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each and 70,000 Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs 1,000/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.821.10, up by Rs.8.90 or 1.10%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.844 and low of Rs.815.15.

The total traded quantity was 3834 compared to 2 week average of 9386.
