HDFC allots 56245 Shares pursuant to conversion of FCCBs

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has announced that the Corporation on April 09, 2010 has allotted 56245 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to conversion of FCCBs.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 287,19,64,670.00 consisting of 28,71,96,467 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.2844.75, up by Rs.120.10 or 4.41%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2849 and low of Rs.2745.

The total traded quantity was 113509 compared to 2 week average of 66813.
