Ramco Industries Board to consider second interim dividend

Ramco Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider & take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the Quarter / Nine months period ended December 31, 2006 & the Auditors' Limited Review report thereon.

Further the Company had informed that the Board will also consider the proposal to pay second Interim Dividend for the current financial year 2006-07.
