CCL Products enters into JVA with Jyothy Laboratories

CCL Products India Ltd has announced that with the object of providing International Quality 100% Pure Instant Coffee to the entire spectrum of society (including Cities, Towns and Villages) at the most competitive rates, the Company has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) with a renowned FMCG Company, M/s. Jyothy Laboratories Ltd and is going to launch Instant Coffee in the brand name of 'Continental Speciale'.

The Company has a World Class manufacturing facility in Guntur Dist. of Andhra Pradesh for producing Instant Coffee, and has been predominantly exporting coffee to many countries across the Globe.

M/s Jyothy Laboratories Ltd is a household name across the Country in various domestic products. It has a strong and trained work force and distribution network to reach millions through retail outlets. It has successfully launched and developed various household consumer brands across the Country.

A Joint Venture company is being incorporated as a special purpose vehicle to promoting this brand of Coffee within the Country.

The market network and abilities of M/s. Jyothy Laboratories Ltd along with the product strength of the Company will enable strong establishment of this instant coffee brand in the domestic retail market.
