Indusind Bank allots 41250 Shares

Indusind Bank Ltd has announced that the Bank has allotted 41,250 (Forty One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on April 07, 2010 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Bank's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Bank in all respects.

The stock closed the day at Rs.179.55, down by Rs.0.25 or 0.14%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.184.45 and low of Rs.179.10.

The total traded quantity was 621625 compared to 2 week average of 446912.
