Nivedita Mercantile approves preferential allotment

Nivedita Mercantile & Financing Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 06, 2010, has approved to allot by way of Preferential allotment 7,55,000 equity shares out of which 4,90,000 shares will be allotted to the Promoter group and 2,65,000 Equity shares to the Non Promoters.
