Rane Madras Board declares interim dividend

Rane Madras Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 23, 2007, inter alia, has declared an interim dividend of Rs 2/- per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2007, on the paid up capital of Rs 101,641,450 consisting of 10,164,145 shares of Rs 10/- each.
