Varun Shipping Board declares interim dividend

Varun Shipping Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 23, 2007, inter alia, has declared second interim dividend of 15 per cent (Rs 1.50 per share) on the equity share capital of the Company for the financial year ending on March 31, 2007.
