Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn to consider allotment of warrants on Apr 09, 2010

Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 09, 2010, inter alia, to consider the matter of allotment of 15,00,000 Share Warrants @ Rs. 200 per warrant on the preferential basis to promoters for its expansion project.

The Board will consider the matter of allotment of 35,00,000 Share Warrants @ Rs. 200 per warrant on the preferential basis to non-promoters for its expansion project and will also consider the matter of conversion of 1975000 Warrants into equivalent nos. of equity shares to non-promoters.

The stock was trading at Rs.176, up by Rs.1.95 or 1.12%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.178.50 and low of Rs.173.

The total traded quantity was 33813 compared to 2 week average of 110644.
