Websol Energy Systems approves allotment of 5 lakh shares

Websol Energy Systems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2010, inter alia, have considered and approved the allotment of 500,000 (Five Lacs only) equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs.140/- per equity share to M/s Tysom Agencies Pvt. Ltd, forming part of Promoter Group Company, consequent upon their option to exercise the conversion of 500,000 convertible warrants.

The stock was trading at Rs.136, up by Rs.12.35 or 9.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.136 and low of Rs.126.

The total traded quantity was 17208 compared to 2 week average of 20146.
