Neogem India allots 390000 shares

Neogem India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2010, have allotted 3,90,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, pursuant to conversion of 3,90,000 fully convertible Equity Share Warrants out of total outstanding 15,65,000 fully convertible Equity Share Warrants issued in the Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2008 and the same shall be in demat form.

The stock closed the day at Rs.5.50, down by Rs.0.20 or 3.51%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.5.50 and low of Rs.5.50.

The total traded quantity was 500 compared to 2 week average of 1257.
