Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd has announced that on exercise of the options by the employees, the Company has allotted 1084700 equity shares to 335 employees at the Allotment Committee's Meeting held on March 26, 2010.

The stock was trading at Rs.533.80, down by Rs.6.90 or 1.28%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.554.80 and low of Rs.530.25.
