RAS Pro Lamipack approves allotment of 4109100 shares

Ras Propack Lamipack Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 29, 2010, have approved the allotment of 41,09,100 Equity shares each to Promoters' Associates and Co-Promoters aggregating to 82,18,200 Equity shares of Rs. 10 each in terms of the Sanctioned Scheme approved by BIFR.
