Lancor Holdings to issue 60 lakh shares

Lancor Holdings Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 29, 2010, inter alia, has approved and take on record the Preliminary Placement Document for issue of 60,00,000 Equity Shares (QIP Issue).

The stock was trading at Rs.106, down by Rs.1.10 or 1.03%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.109 and low of Rs.105.

The total traded quantity was 112252 compared to 2 week average of 84048.
