Sterling Holiday Resorts allots 1290000 Equity Shares on Conversion of Warrants and ESOS - 2007

Sterling Holiday Resorts India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 25, 2010,inter alia, have allotted 12,90,000 Equity Shares on conversion of Warrants and 8,34,000 Equity Shares under Employees Stock Option Scheme-2007.

The allottees who were allotted shares on Conversion of Warrants Conversion is Mrs. S. Dhanalakshmi - 12,90,000 shares.

The allottees under Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2007 include Mr. K. Chandrasekaran - 2,78,000 shares, Mr. M. N. Rangamani - 2,78,000 shares and Mr. G. Sundaram - 2,78,000 shares.

The stock was trading at Rs.78.75, down by Rs.1.30 or 1.62%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.81 and low of Rs.78.35.

The total traded quantity was 22806 compared to 2 week average of 209245.
