Mahindra Forgings allots 46000 Equity Shares under ESOS

Mahindra Forgings Ltd has announced that pursuant to exercise of options by certain applicants under the Mahindra Forgings Ltd Employees Stock Option Scheme the Board of Directors of the Company as on March 25, 2010, allotted 46,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10/- each at an exercise price of Rs 83/- per Equity Share.

The stock was trading at Rs.111.60, up by Rs.0.90 or 0.81%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.113.25 and low of Rs.111.

The total traded quantity was 69095 compared to 2 week average of 289989.
