Kuvam Intl to consider conversion of warrants on Mar 27, 2010

Kuvam International Fashions Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 27, 2010, to issue the Equity Shares on conversion of Convertible Warrants to the applicants from whom full consideration is received.

The stock was trading at Rs.54.65, up by Rs.2.60 or 5%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.54.65 and low of Rs.53.25.
