Satyam Computer Services Converts Stock Options to 262553 shares

Satyam Computer Services Ltd has announced that the compensation committee of Directors of the Company allotted 262,553 equity shares under stock option plans of the Company.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up from 1,175,923,209 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating Rs. 2,351,846,418.00 to 1,176,185,762 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating Rs. 2,352,371,524.00.

The stock was trading at Rs.95.90, up by Rs.0.65 or 0.68%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.96.80 and low of Rs.95.25.

The total traded quantity was 944276 compared to 2 week average of 2368001.
