Nu Tek India to consider raising funds on Apr 05, 2010

Nu Tek India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 05, 2010, inter alia, to consider raising of funds through further issue of capital or debt.

The Board will also consider setting of a subsidiary Company at Czechoslovakia.

The stock was trading at Rs.32.30, up by Rs.0.30 or 0.94%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.33.20 and low of Rs.30.50.
