Hindustan Unilever allots 93840 Equity Shares

Hindustan Unilever Ltd has announced that the Committee of the Board in its meeting held on March 22, 2010, has allotted 93,840 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each under ESOP, which vide Shareholder's Resolution dated May 29, 2006 is known as 'HLL 2006 Performance Share Scheme'.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased to 218,16,86,781 shares & the issued capital has increased to 221,19,22,553 shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.227.70, down by Rs.0.85 or 0.37%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.229 and low of Rs.224.50.

The total traded quantity was 105637 compared to 2 week average of 572586.
