Gruh Finance allots 13607 Shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS 2007 Schemes

Gruh Finance Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 13,607 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees / directors on March 18, 2010.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company would stand at Rs. 34,72,51,500 consisting 3,47,25,150 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock was trading at Rs.210.80, up by Rs.3.45 or 1.66%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.214 and low of Rs.204.25.

The total traded quantity was 6646 compared to 2 week average of 8791.
