Zensar Technologies allots 6718 Equity Shares

Zensar Technologies Ltd has announced that on exercise of Stock Option by Employees of the Company, the Compensation Committee of the Directors has allotted fully paid up 6,718 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each of the Company to the said employees.

The stock was trading at Rs.294.95, up by Rs.1.70 or 0.58%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.296.95 and low of Rs.291.10.

The total traded quantity was 1081 compared to 2 week average of 19891.
