Ultratech Cement allots 1200 equity shares under ESOS

Ultratech Cement Ltd has announced that the ESOS Compensation Committee has on March 08, 2010 allotted 1,200 equity shares of Rs. 10/- of the Company to an Option Grantee pursuant to the exercise of stock options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

Upon the allotment, the equity share capital of the Company will stand increase to 124,487,079 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 1,244,870,790/-.

The stock was trading at Rs.1091.30, down by Rs.22.50 or 2.02%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1114.35 and low of Rs.1091.15.

The total traded quantity was 6030 compared to 2 week average of 15644.
