BNK Capital Markets allots 10 lakh Equity Shares against Warrants

BNK Capital Markets Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors appointed for the purposes have, on March 08, 2010, allotted 1000000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 36/- per Shares for the promoters against their right of allotment of Equity Shares attached with the warrants.

The allottees include Asian Securities Exchange Pvt. Ltd. - 1,50,000 shares, BNK Securities Pvt Ltd - 5,00,000 shares and Radhey Shyam Khandelwal - 3,50,000 shares.

The stock was trading at Rs.40, down by Rs.2.15 or 5.10%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.43.90 and low of Rs.38.65.

The total traded quantity was 1201 compared to 2 week average of 1877.
