Surya Roshni to consider conversion of warrants on March 12, 2010

Surya Roshni Ltd has announced that the next meeting of the Committee of Directors (CoD) of the Company will be held on March 12, 2010 inter alia, to consider Conversion of Warrants into Equity Shares.

The stock was trading at Rs.75.10, up by Rs.1.15 or 1.56%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.76.25 and low of Rs.74.50.
