Shakti Pumps to consider warrants issue on Mar 12, 2010

Shakti Pumps India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 12, 2010, inter alia, to issue Warrants to promoters and others.

The stock was trading at Rs.155.10, down by Rs.3.50 or 2.21%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.164.80 and low of Rs.155.10.

The total traded quantity was 17216 compared to 2 week average of 83042.
