GMR Infrastructure allots Unsecured Non-Convertible Debentures worth Rs 500 crore

GMR Infrastructure Ltd has announced that the Debenture Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 5000 Unsecured Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs. 10,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs. 500 Crore to ICICI Bank Ltd. on March 02, 2010.

The stock was trading at Rs.58.10, down by Rs.0.30 or 0.51%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.59.10 and low of Rs.58.05.

The total traded quantity was 864114 compared to 2 week average of 870918.
