Kotak Mahindra Bank allots 61854 Equity Shares

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its Meeting held on February 26, 2010 has allotted 61,854 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options.

Under ESOP Scheme Series 2005/01: 29,280 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/01 (2nd Tranche) : 27,138 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/01 (3rd Tranche) : 5,166 equity shares and ESOP Scheme Series 2007/06 (3rd Tranche) : 270 equity shares were allotted.

The stock closed the day at Rs.742.10, up by Rs.11.80 or 1.62%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.757 and low of Rs.727.05.

The total traded quantity was 184162 compared to 2 week average of 107296.
