Glodyne Technoserve allots 94196 Shares under ESOS

Glodyne Technoserve Ltd has announced that the ESOS Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 23, 2010, has approved allotment of 94,196 (Ninety Four Thousand One Hundred & Ninety Six) equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each to the employees/option grantees under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2006 (ESOS 06) of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.570.40, up by Rs.93.75 or 19.67%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.571.95 and low of Rs.476.

The total traded quantity was 671328 compared to 2 week average of 10029.
