Carborundum Universal allots 2232 Shares under ESOP Scheme

Carborundum Universal Ltd has announced that the Company has alloted 2232 shares of Rs 2/- each arising out of the exercise of stock options, granted under the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2007. The exercise price in respect of these options was Rs. 118.05/- per share.

With this allotment the number of equity shares outstanding is 93,356,232 and the paid-up-capital equity share capital is Rs. 186,712,464/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.180.80, up by Rs.0.85 or 0.47%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.182.65 and low of Rs.178.05.

The total traded quantity was 5219 compared to 2 week average of 19952.
