Motilal Oswal Financial Services allots 35000 shares under ESOP

Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd has announced that the ESOP Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 15, 2010, allotted 35,000 Equity Shares of the face value of Re. 1 each to the employees at the Exercise Price of Rs. 103.78 per share.

The allottees include Mr. Dinesh Ajwani - 2500, Mr. Sambhunath Sa - 1250, Mr. Ramnik Chhabra - 25000, Mr. Herzel Isaac - 1250, Mr. Hemand V. Thakor - 2500, Mr. Rasesh Narendra Shah - 1250 and Mr. Nikunj Seth - 1250.

The stock was trading at Rs.160.60, up by Rs.3.80 or 2.42%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.160.90 and low of Rs.156.40.

The total traded quantity was 1491 compared to 2 week average of 2013.
