Gujarat NRE Coke allots 15191008 Equity Shares

Gujarat NRE Coke Ltd has announced that the Committee of Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 20, 2010, has inter alia allotted 1,50,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company upon conversion of Warrants issued on Private Placement basis and 1,91,008 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company upon conversion of 1% Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds, 2005 due in 2010.

Further the Company has informed that, upon allotment of the aforesaid Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each, the Paid up Share Capital of the Company stands at Rs. 496,11,27,860/- comprising of 49,61,12,786 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.77.50, up by Rs.1.50 or 1.97%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.77.75 and low of Rs.76.20.

The total traded quantity was 318303 compared to 2 week average of 1273075.
