Trent allots 502156 Equity Shares upon Conversion of Warrants

Trent Ltd has announced that the Company had received applications for conversion of 502156 warrants into 502156 equity shares (i.e. one warrant to be converted into one equity share) of Rs. 10/- each with a premium of Rs. 640 per share totaling to Rs. 650 per equity share.

A Committee of the Board has issued and allotted 502156 equity shares on February 19, 2010, and the Company will now proceed to obtain necessary approvals from the regulatory authorities.

Further the Company has informed that pursuant to the above the Issued, Subscribed and Paid up Share Capital will stand increased to Rs. 20,03,50,520 divided into 20035052 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.782.30, down by Rs.17 or 2.13%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.813.95 and low of Rs.780.

The total traded quantity was 631 compared to 2 week average of 7633.
