Dujodwala Products to consider allotment of warrants on Feb 25, 2010

Dujodwala Products Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 25, 2010, to consider the allotment of warrants convertible into equity shares to the group of promoters.

The stock closed the day at Rs.27.50, down by Rs.1.30 or 4.51%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.28.60 and low of Rs.27.40.
