MindTree allots Equity Shares under ESOP

MindTree Ltd has announced that the company has allotted 1 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid on February 15, 2010 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 1999 Stock Option Plan (Program 1).

Further, the Company has allotted 7,419 equity shares of Rs. 50/- each fully paid on February 15, 2010 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2001 Stock Option Plan (Program 2).

Further, the Company has allotted 5,625 equity shares of Rs. 250/- each fully paid on February 15, 2010 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2006(a) Stock Option Plan (Program 3).

Further, the Company has allotted 39,524 equity shares (of which 500 are of Rs. 242,19,704 are of Rs. 300/- each, 1395 are of Rs. 315/- each, 17,150 are of Rs. 335/- each, 255 are of Rs. 350/- each, 520 are of Rs. 419/- each, fully paid on February 15, 2010 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2006(b) Stock Option Plan (Program 4).

Further, the Company has allotted 8,325 equity shares (of which 1,519 are of Rs 138.88, 55 are of Rs. 167.75/- each, 19 are of Rs. 170.50/- each, 6732 are of Rs. 343.48/- each) fully paid on February 15, 2010 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2008 A Stock Option Plan (Program 5).

Further, the Company has allotted 5,749 equity shares of Rs. 300/- each fully paid on February 15, 2010 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under Stock Option Plan (DSOP 2006).

The stock was trading at Rs.555.25, up by Rs.4.60 or 0.84%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.566 and low of Rs.551.
