Financial Technologies allots 129400 Equity Shares

Financial Technologies India Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 16, 2010, has allotted 1,29,400 equity shares to the employees of the Company on account of exercise of Stock Options under Option - III of ESOP - 2005 Scheme of the Company.

Subsequent to the above allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company will comprise of 46078537 number of equity shares of Rs. 2/- each, aggregating to Rs. 9,21,57,074/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.1506.20, up by Rs.15.25 or 1.02%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1517 and low of Rs.1492.30.

The total traded quantity was 35067 compared to 2 week average of 53720.
