Coastal Corporation approves issue of 13 lakh preference shares

Coastal Corporation Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 15, 2010 approved the Proposal to issue 13,00,000 (Thirteen Lakhs Only) Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each.

The Board approved proposal to Convene and hold an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting on March 15, 2010 to issue Preference Shares.
