B.A.G. Films to open GDR issue

B.A.G. Films and Media Ltd has announced that the Securities Committee of the Board of Directors in its meeting held on February 15, 2010 has decided to open the issue of Global Depository Receipts (GDRs). The Securities Committee in its adjourned meeting has allotted 3,700,000 GDRs (representing 37,000,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each) at a price of US$ 4.71 per GDR and declared the GDR issue closed.

The stock was trading at Rs.19.50, down by Rs.0.05 or 0.26%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.20.10 and low of Rs.19.15.

The total traded quantity was 59698 compared to 2 week average of 311294.
