Mounteverest Trading allots 4131261 Bonus Shares

Mounteverest Trading & Investment Ltd has announced that the Company has made allotment of 4131261 bonus equity shares on February 13, 2010 to the existing equity shareholders of the Company in the ratio of three equity shares for each existing equity share pursuant to the in-principal approval given by the stock exchange and in line with the record date of February 12, 2010 fixed in consultation with the exchange.

The stock was trading at Rs.152.30, down by Rs.8 or 4.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.166.95 and low of Rs.152.30.

The total traded quantity was 844 compared to 2 week average of 2832.
