Ranklin Solutions to consider overseas issue on Feb 15, 2010

Ranklin Solutions Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 15, 2010, inter alia, to consider the proposal to issue GDRs / ADRs.

The Board will also consider the proposal to amend the object clause of the Memorandum of Association so as to take-up the business of power generation.

The stock closed the day at Rs.54.05, down by Rs.1.75 or 3.14%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.56.95 and low of Rs.54.05.

The total traded quantity was 185240 compared to 2 week average of 174966.
